Tutor in Portland, Oregon

I have been a teacher for eight years, student teaching in kindergarten and third grade, then working at a private school with an online program for children 3rd-6th grade. Most recently, I worked at Cascade Heights Public Charter School, teaching three and a half years in first grade, and three years in sixth grade. I will be spending this year home with my two small children, although with a deep love for teaching, I am not ready to stop! I am available to tutor in the evening from either your home, a library in your neighborhood or other public space of your choosing. My rate is $35 an hour.
