Tutor in Pickering, Ontario

I am a 4th Year Chemical Engineering Student from Queen’s University. I was on the honour roll in grade 9-11 along with being an Ontario Scholar in Grade 12 - Above 80% average for all years of high school (Dunbarton Highschool graduate). I will be tutoring: Grade 7 and 8 Math and Science Grade 9 Principles of Mathematics - Academic Foundations of Mathematics - Applied Science – Academic/Applied Grade 10 Principles of Mathematics - Academic Foundations of Mathematics - Applied Science – Academic/Applied My goal is to help students increase their proficiency in math and science. But I also want to help them develop a foundation of good academic habits that will be required in order to succeed in further education. I will also: - Help students develop good study habits - Improve time management techniques - Answer all questions about transitioning into high school and university/college - Provide continual feedback on student progress First two sessions will be free! Every 6th session will also be free! (Does not include the first two free sessions) I will be available to meet at both Pickering Public Library and Ajax Public Library. I will also be able to work one-on-one as well as in groups. Group rates can be arranged at a discounted price. Police check and references available upon request.
