Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Sazanul Islam. I am really interested and motivated to be a School Aide in School. I love working with the kids. In my past job, I tutored little kids in math and reading. The ages that I tutored were Kindergarten-third grade. The Skills that I gained from that job are organization skills and social skills. When I worked at the One-on-one tutoring Center, I was giving younger kids strategies on how to solve the problem in the correct way so they can understand the topic very carefully. In reading, I break down the words if they have trouble saying it and I was showing them grammar and punctuation.I also translated conversations from English to Bengali.
