Tutor in Brooklyn, New York

Hi, I'm a second year medical student living in Brooklyn. I have a BS in biology ( GPA 3.8) and an MS in cell biology ( GPA 3.9). I've been tutoring for 3 years and a TA for 2 years. My students always tell me I'm patient and explain things in intuitive ways. I like to explain things in a logical way while avoiding the use of big words, which I think can be a source of confusion for lots of students. I'm also bilingual (fluent spanish) for anyone who might require it. What I can tutor: Biology (cell, genetics, molecular, even some ecology) Biochemistry Chemistry/Organic Calculus/precalculus/statistics MCAT prep High school level science and math I can assist critically analyzing and organizing papers (research or other) I can also help with learning effective study habits and schedules Location: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Nassau Where: students house or suitable public location Rates: I'm flexible but would prefer- one on one 35/hr (not including travel time if far) discounts if in groups. Skype: 25/hr (high school related decrease by 10) Hours: Any time of the week earliest 10am latest 9pm (we can plan this out over text or email) Please have an idea of what you want to cover in a session and give me a heads up when we schedule the session
