Tutor in Saint Cloud, Minnesota

We are a team of students in various fields at St Cloud State University. We are looking for ways to contribute to the development of the St Cloud community by providing Math, French and culture awareness classes to motivated students in St Cloud and neighboring communities. We are all originally from Africa and have extensive knowledge of the French language and various technics to do Math. Numbers are the same but some technics to do math differ. We will teach the students various technics to do math which will help them understand math better and solve math problems. We will also act as cultural navigators by teaching students about various characteristics of cultures that are present in St Cloud and we will teach them how to communicate effectively with students of different culture. Courses we tutor: Math: Basic elementary arithmetic Algebra I and II Geometry Precalculus AP calculus (AB and BC) Trigonometry College algebra College calculus 1 and 2 High school physics SAT and GRE prep French: Basic and Advance French lessons Rates. Our basic rate is $20 for an hour session where the student comes to a convenient meeting place in the St Cloud area. We are willing to negotiate group rates, or rates for in home tutoring. We are happy offering individual sessions but we offer discounts for students who want long term weekly sessions. We are comfortable tutoring students who need some help catching up as well as students looking for enrichment opportunities.
