Tutor in Summerville, South Carolina

I have been teaching and tutoring for 25 years at both the high school and college levels. My main areas of tutoring are foreign languages (Spanish, Arabic, ESL), literature, reading, writing, grammar, and test preparation for the SAT and GRE. My experience includes tutoring both online and in-person. For foreign languages, I tutor Spanish, Arabic, and ESL. For each of these, I offer general tutoring or a focus on specific skills such as speaking, listening, reading, writing, or grammar. I also tutor on literature in English and Spanish, as well as for different sections of the SAT and GRE. In addition, I have played and studied the saxophone for many years and am able to offer tutoring for the soprano, alto, and tenor saxophones. Until August 21, I am available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday and on a limited basis on Saturday and Sunday. After August 21, I will be available on Thursdays and weekends only. My academic credentials include a BA in Spanish, an MAT in Spanish, an MA in Arabic, and a Ph.D. in comparative literature. I am fully vaccinated for COVID and have received a booster shot. Even so, I am willing to wear a mask, depending on the preferences of my client. I am also willing to tutor either in-person or online to accommodate clients' needs.
