As a college student, I am studying Africana Studies (edu. conc.) and Theater with a minor in music. Understanding the racist history of American education, my tutoring experience has offered students a restorative justice-lensed approach as I use theatrical techniques for attention, focus, and clarity. Not only have I established deep connections with my tutored students, but I've been awarded by several families for said academic work and contributions. I teach mathematics (K-8), ELA, and Social Skills.
