Hello, My name is Kimberley and I'm a qualified teacher looking for individuals who need learning support. I graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Education, and hold a valid Teacher's Certificate in both Saskatchewan and British Columbia. I have teaching experience in all grades from pre-k to 12, however, the majority of my teaching experience is in grades 3-9. If your child needs support in a specific subject or area such as math or reading intervention, or a more broad support such as general homework, I would be happy to help! In life, I believe how you feel about yourself and your abilities significantly impacts your progress and accomplishments. I apply that belief to my teaching philosophy as well. Therefore, you can feel confident that I not only would be nurturing and supportive of the learning of your child, but also nurturing and supportive of the CONFIDENCE of your child. In my opinion, self confidence can create a door through the walls that your child may be feeling. My rate is $35/hr or $60/hr for two students of similar skill level.
