Hi, I'm Kaitlin! I graduated from the University of Ottawa with a degree in English and Theatre. I maintained an 8.2 GPA in my final year of study; specializing in essay-writing, acting and Shakespeare studies. I am recommencing school in the fall to obtain a second undergraduate degree in English Literature. I have a wealth of teaching experience. I tutored highschool students from gr 9-12 for reading comprehension, writing and essay writing and privately tutored students at the University of Ottawa for essay writing. I also spent one year teaching English abroad in Taiwan. I taught ages 6-15 at a private school and highschool, university and adult students privately. This experience taught me how to convey ideas in many different ways to ensure knowledge retention. I truly enjoy teaching English to students of all ages. I feel that writing is an integral part of both highschool and university; regardless of your faculty or focus.
