Hi! My name is Jonathan, and I am currently 14 years old. I reside in North Hollywood, currently attending Celerity Palmati Charter School. I am offering tutoring classes for students in Grades 1-7, as a way of being responsible and earning money by working. I thought about what I enjoy doing and how I can make use of it. Honestly, I do not enjoy learning, but I always am… I’m just naturally curious. I need to start earning somehow, right? Tutoring was a god way to make use of it though. I have had my face in a book since I was in 4th grade, learning and reviewing things that are in my interest. If I am asked something I have yet to learn, I will do my best to master that particular subject. I can’t help it! Tutoring came to mind because, well, not everyone is necessarily like me. Some are better, and some need more help on a particular subject. I plan on helping those that need the additional support. Prices I wanted to make this as cheap as possible for the convenience of my costumers, while still creating profit. My conclusion was $3.00 per hour. If I am able to be with your child for more than four hours per month it will decrease to $2.50 per hour. Yeah, there is professional tutors that have more experience and are more capable than I am, but their prices are at least 6 times greater than of mine. There is also free tutoring on school campus, but their Student/teacher ratio is 10/1. Mine would be at most 4/1.
