ENGLISH TUTORING FOR COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS I am an experienced teacher and tutor, and I am offering help with reading, writing, and testing in English. I am a college instructor and a Ph.D. candidate in English, and hold 2 Master's degrees in English and Literary theory. I have over 5 years experience teaching university, and nearly 10 years experience tutoring. What services do I offer? * Writing tutoring. I can help you plan, research, and write better essays. * Reading tutoring. I can help you understand difficult text, and process them more quickly. * Test tutoring. I can help you prepare for tests, including SAT, GRE, Regent's, and CUNY exams. What does it cost? * If you can come to me, my rate is $60/hour * If you would like me to come to you, my rate is $80/hour * I offer group rates for up to 3 students, if you want to split the cost with a friend. 2 students = $100/hour 3 students = $120/hour I am based in Astoria Queens, and work in the Upper East Side. For obvious reasons, I will not travel more than 45 minutes to get to you.
