I am an Certified Professional Life Coach who completed an Ed.S. degree at Liberty University in 2011. Specializing in teaching and learning (most importantly ADHD, my educational philosophy is a combination of Blooms Taxonomy and Taxonomy of the Significant Learning Experience (SLE). believing that learning must allow for repetition and application of that which was taught which is necessary so that information moves from mere memorization to actual learning. Believing that all students are capable of learning, my role an an educator is to create an environment of mutual respect which inspires and motivates one to learn. I have extensive experience in the areas of math, science, study skills, GED, public speaking and communications. I also work with individuals with ADHD teaching them and their caregivers strategies to help them overcome their obstacles.
