I am currently an Autism Spectrum Disorder Teacher with a self-contained classroom with the Marion County School Board. I am certified to teach: Exceptional Student Education, (Grades K - 12), Elementary Education, (Grades K - 6), Autism Spectrum Disorders, Endorsement, and Social Science, (Grades 6 - 12). I am currently in my 6th year of teaching and previously was a paraprofessional for 2 years working with students on the middle school level. I have worked with students from elementary to high school and on all achievement levels. Each student is unique which is why I look at test scores, diagnostic testing, work samples, etc. to make a game plan to help each student. Each student needs a path and plan that is for them and is setting them up for success. Through out my career I have worked with getting students prepared for college and working towards achieving their goals. I have worked with students who have needed help with basic skills in reading and math. I am ready to work with any student who needs me.
