Tutor in Troy, Alabama

my name is Xixi Mao, I come from China. I speak Chinese, English, and a little Japenese. I want to become a tutor because I like teaching and tutoring languages. I finished my bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Second Language Instruction. My teaching philosophy in the tutoring part is motivation-oriented and peer tutoring which is based on Vygotsky's Zone proximal development theory. In detail, first, I believe that the tutor should develop students' interests and motivation at the beginning of tutoring. Second, the learning content should be conversational, so students can use the language immediately in their life once they acquired in the classroom.
