I'm a native Russian speaker; I can teach English to ESL students and Russian to non-Russian speakers. I've been teaching English for the past 10 years. I have a Bachelor Degree in Biopharmaceutical Science. I teach science to high school students and older. I'm a great communicator and I see myself as a teacher/learner. I aim to teach but I am also always learning, even if it's just about students' learning styles. I will work together with a student and parent to develop a goal and plan to help the student improve. I believe in working with students to find out which learning style is best for the individual. I'm - teacher, listener, and counselor; I'm paraprofessional educator who facilitates the learning process of students. I aim for a student to become more independent in his/her studying. My coworkers considered me to be hard working. In fact, the other team members often thanked me for the extra hours I put in. In addition they have described me as being a reliable team member, when I say I will do something, then I do it.
