I was in a program where they taught us how to teach kids and not just do their work. Unfortunately the funds to the program were cut and so the program vanished. We had been chosen for the program because we excelled in mathematics or the area we would be tutoring. My mathematic skills have only improved and I still know how to tutor. As a plant manager assistant I would assist the plant manager on whatever he needed done.
