I am a certified mathematics teacher in the State of North Carolina. I am grades 6-12 math certified. I have taught public school and community college for 10 years. I am an energetic and encouraging math teacher. I believe in the success of all of my students. I find joy in knowing that I have helped a student that doesn't like math. My goal is to teach math in a way that the student understands. I believe in creating teacher made assessments to ensure that my students understand what is expected of them. My specialty is Algebra although I am very competent in all levels of mathematics. I have 3 R's that I tutor by in order to ensure my students success. Relevance, Repetition, and Rigor.
