Tutor in Houston, Texas

I'm a graduate from Tulane University, with a BS in Cell and Molecular Biology. While at Tulane, I tutored freelance for 3 years and with the Tulane Academic Success Center (TASC) for 3 semesters. I was also an undergraduate research assistant, working in two chemistry labs through my undergrad. My area of expertise is chemistry and biology. I'm patient and down-to-earth. I always try to keep things as simple as possible and build from the ground up, and I always listen and adjust to your needs. I'm very much a people person, so I've always gotten along well with the people I tutor. When I worked with TASC, I taught Supplemental Instruction (SI) sessions, where students could come to rehash what they heard in class, ask questions and work through homework questions.
