Tutor in Muncie, Indiana

I have two tutoring spots available for anyone seeking tutoring in writing, research, or general English. I'm happy to tutor students from middle school through college. I'm especially skilled at teaching writing/rhetoric, but I can also tutor students taking general English and literature courses who might be struggling with literary analysis and writing about literature. I am certified to teach English and reading grades 8-12 in the state of Texas, and am an experienced high school teacher. I have also taught freshman rhetoric and composition at the university level, and have tutored in my university's nationally-ranking writing center, and have worked with students' whose second language is English. In addition, I have a master's degree in library science, and am highly skilled at helping students perform research and evaluate resources. I can also work with high school students needing help in AP courses, or who are studying for SATs, ACTs, etc. My fee is $30 for a half-hour, or $50 for an hour.
