I am a retired Math teacher of 31 years. Three at Hood River Jr. High in Hood River Oregon, and 28 in the Beaverton School District in Beaverton Oregon. I have taught grades 7, 8 and 9. Subjects taught: 7th & 8th grade general math, Pre-algebra, and Algebra 1. I would consider myself a traditional math teacher with emphasis on the basics. I have also taught discovery learning math or connected math. I am a graduate of Oregon State University in secondary education. Have continued education through ongoing training with the Beaverton School District. I can help students learn math.
