I am Xavier, an English tutor on the unceded territory of the Lekwungen WSANEC nations, colonially known as Victoria, British Columbia. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a secondary Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Victoria (UVic). In addition to these, I have a certificate in French Language and Culture, and Mandarin Language and Culture from UVic, and a certificate from the University of Ottawa's Graduate School of Public Service in Briefing Ministers and Senior Officials. I speak fluent English, advanced Mandarin, intermediate French, and B1 level German. I specialize in English, Reading, Writing, Essays, Logic, Theory and Philosophy, Critical Thinking, and Political Science.
