For those seeking quality tutoring for their child/children....My name is Angela and I am an experienced elementary school tutor from Montreal. I am looking for new clients in Ottawa for the upcoming 2014-201... school year. Qualifications: - Fifteen years of experience working with children in various social service occupations. - Six years of experience working with the English Montreal School Board (EMSB) as a Special Educator and the After-School Homework program Coordinator. - Bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Educational Psychology. In addition, a degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology. - Completion of several training programs, within the EMSB, on learning strategies, teaching special needs students, and students with learning and/or behavioural difficulties. - Currently, attending the University of Ottawa and working toward a degree in Education with estimated graduation April 2015. My objective is to be employed either privately or by a tutoring service company so that I can continue my passion of helping children reach their academic personal best.
