I'm passionate about learning, in love with writing and history, I have the ability to connect with a student of any age, break down difficult concepts into language and lessons they can easily grasp. Sharing knowledge in order to open someone's mind to something new is a delight. I will inspire you to understand and appreciate any of these subjects. I can help you discover an enjoyment of the subject which leads to proficiency, and eventually lifelong mastery of it. I have taken 3 years of college courses in English, Literature, and History, in pursuance of my degree in Secondary Education. I have tutored several middle-school and high-school students: two high school students, had entered their freshman year 3 and 4 grade levels behind but through tutoring with me throughout their high school years both graduated high school both proficient in English and Literature. I am currently tutoring a foreign student in my college History courses, and despite the language barrier he has found my help invaluable in maintaining an A in the course.
