Tutor in Kelowna, British Columbia

I'm an
Individual
Hello! My name is Jordan and I am currently in my third year at UBCO studying towards my undergraduate degree in Management. I am offering tutoring for a variety of subjects, my strongest being: - Math (pre-calculus and calculus) - English (reading and writing skills) - Physics The subjects listed above were my top three highest courses in high school, and purely out of interest have continued studying calculus for my elective credits in post-secondary! I truly have a love for math and physics, and my passion for these subjects is an asset when tutoring. I am also well versed in English, as I continue to use my writing skills in a majority of my classes today. I can assist with essay writing prep, as well as text analysis. My tutoring experience consists of casually tutoring my friends in high school with mathematics. However, I have years of wonderful experience being tutored myself, and a family of tutors and teachers. With having joined my Mom in her classrooms over the years to assist her in teaching, to which I have gained knowledge on how to organize lesson/study plans, and how to explain concepts to students in a variety of ways to ensure understanding. I am open to in-person (I am fully vaccinated) or online tutoring via Zoom, and my schedule is very flexible. My prices are negotiable as well. If you are interested please contact me! I would love to meet for a visit or call to see if I would be a good fit before starting our sessions.
