I'm Kat, a tutor in Burlington, Ontario. I am available to tutor: French (immersion, core) English Language Arts (including ELL) Math (grades K-6) Are you looking to support your child's learning at home? I am an Ontario Certified Teacher with 10 years in Education following the Ontario curriculum, with a focus on primary and junior students. I have recommended tutoring for my own students where I see the need and have seen the tremendous advantages and growth that comes from it. I have also worked as a tutor on and off for 15 years, working both in their home, at my own home and virtually. I'm passionate about providing students with the best learning experience possible. My teaching style is fun and interactive with a focus on building confidence. I am patient, understanding, and will use various learning techniques to help students reach their potential. I take the time to create personalized learning plans to ensure my students are successful.
