I'm an Australian educated qualified teacher that recently moved to Canada who expects to be approved to teach in BC in the next several months. I have spent the last 10 years teaching in elite international schools in East Asia working as a homeroom teacher and an EAL support teacher in mainstream classrooms. I've undertaken a lot of professional development over the years including Reading is Thinking, Writer's Workshop, How to Learn Math, Word Inquiry, and a lot more. I have also many years of experience in assisting children who learning language through their academic studies.
