My name is Brooks and I have been studying German as a second language since high school. I have a BA in Acting with an unfinished minor in German from the University of Northern Colorado. I have studied abroad in Oldenburg, Oldenburg, Germany. I have 6 weeks of immersion training (think of a mental P90X workout 24 hrs. a day), at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, which included learning German grammar, history, culture, and fine arts. In all I have the equivalent of 7 semesters of college level German and practical speaking skills. I won't lie to you and tell you that I'm fluent in all nuance, but I can guarantee that I will help you increase your reading, writing, and comprehension of the language. I charge $35 an hour, which will include speaking, writing and listening to German, all in German.
