Tutor in Calgary, Alberta

I am heading into my final year at the University of Calgary to complete my Bachelor of Education with a focus on Elementary Inclusive Ed. I have previous experience working as an Educational Assistant, where I had the opportunity to work one-on-one with students and support their learning. With the ever-changing circumstances during the pandemic, I am looking to support students from Kindergarten to grade 4 with their foundational reading, writing, and math skills. For the past 8 months, I have been a volunteer tutor with UofC, working with a child in grade 1 who has started their schooling completely online. I am now looking to tutor through Zoom as a summer job. I have gathered a number of resources that translate well into the online environment, and am also well versed in the current K-4 Alberta curriculum.
