I provide assistance in Science, Math, and English in grade levels 8-12. I monitor, assess , and tailor a personal learning plan for every student. I ensure to support each student to grasp the material and unlock their own hidden potential. I understand the frustrations that learners experience when it is difficult to build on concepts so I make sure to break the material down into tiny pieces to be absorbed. I assisted with homework and other class assignments and also developed academic strategies to improve student self-sufficiency. I've learned that in many cases, students have not fully comprehended the basics of the subject they are learning so I aim to make sure they are confident in their abilities and can practice what they learn. I provide examples and can even assign homework to reinforce their learning.
