My name is Kris Long and I have been a preschool teacher for 25 years. My son struggled in his early school years due to undiagnosed dyslexia even though he attended a school whose reading program was phonics based. We discovered an Orton - Gillingham based tutoring program which we implemented, with much success. After seeing hunderds of children, as well as my own son, helped through this program, I trained and became a tutor myself. My son now has the successful Untied States Marine Corps career he has always dreamed of. We have just relocated to the northern Kentucky region from Chicago, and I am available to tutor students in the Boone and Grant counties.
