I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English and minor in History and am currently working towards completing a degree in Education. I am able to provide tutoring sessions virtually, during which I will review or teach required material in a way that is engaging and accessible. I am committed to ensuring I am well prepared for each session by reviewing key outcomes from the Alberta program of studies as well as any specific information I am provided about your particular course and/or areas of need. I can provide support with reading and writing development. I have specific experience editing the written work of high school students and brief experience working 1:1 to teach certain grade 11 social content. I also have experience with pre-school aged students and younger elementary students and am confident in my ability to make connections with other people that will best allow me to support their learning.
