I have experience teaching children as a volunteer and as an employee under the employment of many heart warming family's. I have the ability to teach children from all ages up until the eleventh grade and work with all the different learning styles. Before teaching I primarily asses the student to see what works best for them, are they visual learners? auditory? My next step is to talk to the parents about what they want to see improve with their child's time under my teachings. After our introductory sessions are complete I will create a personal lesson plan for the child specifically designed to go at their own pace. The following lesson plans can also be changed if the guardians or the child themselves do not feel as though the style of teaching is working.
