I am currently an instructor at City College teaching technical writing and communications. I am wildly versatile and a self-taught, prolific writer and lover of books. I took English grammar courses for fun during my undergraduate years, and have a thesaurus, dictionary, and grammar webpage open on my electronic devices at all time. I am obsessed with new knowledge and sharing my objective speculations and interesting anecdotes with all of my annoyed friends and family. I have tutoring experience through MSU Billings' Academic Support Center, where I thoroughly enjoyed spitting grammatical truth to English as a Second Language learners, native English-speaking students and faculty alike. I love the written word, and I love educating students to be the best writers/readers they can be. I am the proud owner of a master's degree from Dublin City University in Dublin, Ireland; thus, I am expertly skilled concerning study/note-taking habits, ways of defeating the procrastination monster, and much more. I have studied abroad in multiple countries and love other cultures. My specialties include writing, composition, English, reading comprehension, literatures from near and far, beginner German language, philosophy, religions, sociology, image studies, gender and sexuality studies, and a billion things more.
