Hi! I’m Tenzin Migmar and I offer effective and engaging tutoring lessons in English (Reading & Writing) and Math. As for my background, I was educated through a rigorous specialized high school STEM program and excelled academically in both English and STEM courses (96% overall average and 97% English average in grade 11, 98% overall average and 98% English average in grade 12) and now plan on pursuing an undergraduate degree in Math & Computer Science next fall. I have extensive previous experience working as a tutor/teacher. I coordinated & created a beginner-friendly coding curriculum and led coding workshops for grades 4-6. I’ve also worked as a grade 9 math tutor and am confident in my abilities to communicate the foundations of Math effectively while engaging learner interest in the subject material. My availability is highly flexible, given a reasonable distance (less than 30 minute commute) I would be willing to tutor at your location of choice such as a library. I am also open to tutoring virtually through platforms such as Zoom.
