Tutor in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

I'm taking classes (online-limiting my instructor and classroom resources) for programming. C is the language used. My biggest issue seems to be my limited amount of time to work on/grasp the concepts at hand. I seem to get the concepts by the end but not in enough time to finish the homework completely. Basically looking for anyone that knows C well and is willing to help explain and fine tune my codings. I'm already/still in classes so I'm ready to start anytime-Thanks a bunch!
