I am a Georgia Tech student, Math major. I have been tutoring in Georgia Perimeter College for almost 3 years. Chemistry and Math is my main subject for tutoring however I do physics and mechanics. ""The first session is free"" When teaching, I provide detailed guidance of the topics and encourage independent thinking. I strongly believe in the concept of understanding the material thoroughly before moving on to the next topic. To encourage students to do so, I take a full advantage of verbal quizzing. This method had helped me to achieved straight As in multiple quarters in college. This verbal pop-quizzing method proves success because it allows students to locate the fallacy of their logic and encourage them relearn the material immediately after every mistake.
