Tutor in Lake Zurich, Illinois

As a music instructor with over 30 years of experience, I have worked with students of all ages and abilities, many with special needs. My primary instruments include piano, voice, and flute. Additionally I provide tutoring for general music, theory and composition students. I will travel up to 30 minutes to teach students at home. Initial lessons are approximately 45 - 60 minutes at no charge. This time is used to determine if the teacher/student relationship is a good fit, assess current level, create a lesson/practice schedule and establish goals. Future lessons are $20/half-hour and are typically 30 minutes. Tutoring session times are negotiable.
