Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a graduate student of Oceanography at UConn. I am offering tutoring for math and science any grade elementary through college. I can also tutor other subjects (especially writing/english). My undergraduate degree is in Marine Science, perfect for those who may be struggling at our local Marine Science High School in Groton. I can also help with biology, chemistry, physics, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and precalculus/ calculus. If you are struggling with other sciences, I can help with biology and chemistry as well. I also tutor writing skills. I have been tutoring elementary age students since high school, and worked as an undergraduate tutor at the UConn student learning center. As a graduate student I am often a teaching assistant, teaching and grading at a college level. I am flexible and can meet in home or at a local library between Groton and Norwich. $50/hr (willing to negotiate).
