Tutor in Appleton, Wisconsin

This year has marked my second year of working in Northeast Wisconsin public schools! As an instructional aide and classroom assistant, I work 1:1 with elementary, middle, and high school students in special education. I work with students with reading/learning disabilities, ADHD/ADD, physical disorders, and dysgraphia. In 2015, I became certified in Teaching English as a Second Language from Fox Valley Technical College. I'm currently working towards an Applied Associates Degree in Educational Consulting. I tutor students in four subject areas, including math, English, general studies (elementary), and art. I believe in a task-based learning system and create original activities monthly to benefit a student's educational journey. I'm up-to-date on current Common Core curriculum practices and styles of teaching in the public school systems.
