For the past 10 years I have been tutoring, working with students and helping them in various subjects. I graduated Magna Laude from Binghamton University, SUNY in 2005. My GPA was 3.8, and I was on Dean's list every semesterOne of the subjects I tutor is college statistics and a student of mine went from an F to a B. Also, I prepare students for SATs/ACT, and my last student improved by over 200, total score 1420. I tutor individually as well as in small groups. I am an excellent English, ESL and Russian tutor. I can help my pupils with grammar/reading/writing at beginner- advanced level. I have had many ASVAB students, who were very pleased with the results they attained. The GRE and LSAT are also subjects I cover. I am very patient and I make sure the student thoroughly understands a topic before moving on. I motivate the student to succeed and teach good study skills and test taking skills. Normally, I use the student's textbooks and classroom materials during our lessons. For standardized tests, I use prep books, such as Princeton Review. Students do best when they are encouraged and receive positive feedback.
