Tutor in Victoria, British Columbia

I am a third year geography student at the University of Victoria. After I complete my bachelors degree I will continue school to become a nurse (complete another bachelors degree). I have taken courses from a wide range of departments including: history, political science, biology, chemistry, English, writing, social work, social justice, geography, as well as others. I have lots of experience working with kids of all ages as I have volunteered and worked as a swim coach. For a little about myself: I was a competitive swimmer for 8 years until my last year of high school. I competed up the the junior national level and even though I do not swim competitively anymore I still keep involved in the swimming community. I love reading, baking, swimming, hiking, paddleboarding, as well as spending time with my friends and family. I am also an avid traveller- I am writing this profile from Budapest, Hungary! I am kind and patient with people who I teach regardless if they are kids or adults and I really enjoy watching them begin to understand concepts that they were struggling with before.
