Greetings, I'm a high school senior who can tutor anyone from Grade 6 - Grade 12 in mathematics. I recently completed Calculus II and will be enrolled in Multivariable Calculus/Calculus III in the fall. I earned a perfect score on the SAT Subject Test for Math II. If you would like more evidence that I understand the material, you need only ask. I am not a professional teacher with a degree or 35 years experience. I'm still a teenager, but oddly enough, I find that makes me very well suited to tutoring people my age. People learn best when they're comfortable, when they're among their peers. I think of myself as a peer who helps other peers learn, not as a distant teacher who lectures and hasn't been in a classroom situation for a dozen years. I understand mathematics, and I'm on the same social level as the people I tutor. I can tutor someone who's behind remedially, someone who's right on pace to reinforce topics, or someone who wants to get ahead. Flexible hours/meeting locations. Rate is generally about $15/hour.
