 Worked as an online one-to-one tutor for the institution, catering mainly to high school and college level students based mainly in the US. Took subjects such as Honors Chemistry, AP Chemistry; IB Chemistry [High & Low]; SAT Chemistry; Organic Chemistry and College chemistry.  As a tutor performed academic progress monitoring activities like chapter/unit-based reviews and tests.  Prepared regular monthly reports.  Provided regular feedbacks to parents in regards to the student’s academic progress, areas of improvement, session activities, discipline maintained etc.  Took customized sessions with customized academic plan for students based on their (or parent’s) need and requirements.  For students focusing on competitive/preparatory tests, customized academic plans were prepared based on their academic level, time period available before the test and the load of content to be taught.  For students writing competitive/preparatory tests students were taught how to cope with time duration, effective strategies to utilize, areas to focus etc.
