With class sizes as large as they are these days, it is really difficult for any teacher to be able to spend one-on-one time with any one student in particular. That's why I am here! I am able to provide that one-on-one support that every student really needs in the comfort of your home. I am currently in my 9th year of teaching with the YRDSB, and the majority of my years as a teacher have been in Special Education. I have taught in a regular grade 4 class and covered many content classes in a variety grade levels as well. I have a lot of experience working with students that require extra help and sometimes a different type of program to help them succeed. I am available and willing to come to your home for after school tutoring sessions with your child on a weekly/ daily basis. I can help with (K-8) - Math - Language - Science - Social Studies - History - Geography - Organization - Daily review of class work/ Homework I am happy to help your child with their homework from school, but I am also able to create a supplemental program. In the past, I have worked closely with the student's homeroom teacher to find out exactly where the student was struggling.
