Tutor in Seattle, Washington

I'm a computer science major currently finishing my last year in the degree at UW. I place an emphasis on making sure students understand the underlying concepts so that they won't need me in the future. I charge a lower rate when tutoring over the internet (remotely). I will give you directions on how to install software (Google Hangouts) so I can view your screen. You will also be able to see my screen so I can show code, draw diagrams, and illustrate concepts. I believe this proves to be just as effective as in-person tutoring for my students. Experience: -Worked as an English and programming tutor at my old community college. -Worked on contract for Microsoft and currently doing an internship with a small development team. Rate: $30/hr for online tutoring (email, video chat, etc.) $40/hr for in-person tutoring.
