As a native Spanish speaker, sometimes I am shock, when I do realizes how poor is the use of Spanish, for some individuals; at the same time is pretty understandable considering the environment in which the Hispanic community are coming from in US, we can see the ones very knowledgeable completely bilingual citizens, already born in USA, we can see the ones who have never o very little expose to the language, and as a result they do get to speak a very limited vocabulary with a strong accent, the ones who came to this country but unfortunately with not acceptable level of education and this does reflex in the colloquial way when speaking Spanish. Obviously there is no need to speak an academic level of the language regardless which is the language, however speaking a proper level of a language shows the level of culture and intellectually.
