Tutor in Chesapeake, Virginia

I am a licensed middle school teacher with six years of experience teaching reading and writing at a local public school as a full-time teacher. I am licensed to teach grades 6-8; however, I have two years of tutoring experience working with students from K-12 and in college. I am available to tutor students at a local library. Currently, I am tutoring students in the writing process and reading comprehension. The first session will consist of a diagnostic test to determine the needs of the student. Then from there we will work on turning those weaknesses into strengthens using the data from the test. I am here to help your scholar with any skills he or she needs to improve on for the upcoming school year. The cost is $25.00 dollars an hour, or you can do a two hour session for $40.00.
