Want to get into programming but don't know where to start? Or are you just getting started but find some aspects confusing? Either way I can help you get your feet wet with the Python or Java programming languages. Don't know which to choose? Python is a great language for beginners as it has easy to understand syntax and keywords. If you have no background with programming and want to get into the swing of things, you should start with Python. Python has also seen dramatically increased use in industry over the last few years so it has a lot of real world application should you choose to pursue programming as a career. Even people who don't know programming know what Java is. It's one of the most widely used languages and while it is seeing somewhat of a decrease in industry use, it is still a great language to learn. It does require a bit higher of a learning curve than Python, however what you can do with Java is so versatile that it makes it the language that it is today.
