Offering Spanish tutoring to students from elementary school to high school and college. I can work with all levels of Spanish, offering lessons, homework help, or conversational sessions to improve oral/aural competency. About me: I began studying Spanish in elementary school, where I gained fluency from a Spanish Immersion Program. Since then, I felt driven to delve deeper into the language and make it my focus as a university student. I even had the opportunity to study in Sevilla, Spain, where I studied Spanish and Latin American literature. While in Spain, I tutored Spanish children in English. I worked with a 6-year-old, a 9-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a 12-year-old over the course of five months. I gained other tutoring experience by working for a refugee resettlement program, where I spent three months working with children from South America who were learning English as a second language. At Eastern University, I tutor students in all levels of Spanish. In April of 2015, I received my certification as a Trained Medical Interpreter from Bridging the Gap at Lehigh Valley Health Network, where I currently work as a volunteer interpreter.
