. Have 30 year experience as a tutor and teacher in Algebra , Geometry , and SAT test USA resident for 20 years , discover student strengths and weakness in my own way. At first I help to complete assignment from school . I view student practice I know if my student is on task and immediately assist those who is struggling. I give recommendations to encourage growths , explanations and empower students to make smart choices about what to learn next. I tell student exactly what he knows and what does not know and give him an unique action plan (30 problems for one week ) to eliminate his weakness. Every time student practices I keep him in the loop about his progress . I calculate percent of solved problems for each lesson and draw graph to show how student is doing. I developed my own system to prepare SAT test, collected for that 8000 problems organized in logic order . I used this system for 20 years with good results. Languages :Bilingual English/Russian
